EXPLORING SEXUAL DIFFERENCE: Dan Cere

We need more research into the differences between male-male and male-female relationships. They do seem to have very different social-sexual ecologies. Bonds that bridge the sex divide are different from bonds that don't. For one thing they are the fulcrum of procreation. It is the only social sexual union that can be a biological union.

Maggie's comments on the the problem of jealousy and the different relational dynamics in between gay and heterosexual relationships does raise a significant question. Considerable research has been done differences between males and females. Has there been adequate research on the differences between the distinct social ecologies of male-male, female-female, and male-female relationships?

A whole set of questions on the specific differences in relational dynamics between different types of social sexual unions needs to be raised and carefully researched. More on this later.
