NJ COURT DECISION: Elizabeth Marquardt

...Well, a judge there recently ruled that the same-sex partner of a woman who gives birth using a sperm donor is automatically the second parent on the child's birth certificate, without needing to adopt the child. If judges there are ruling that a woman who neither conceived nor adopted a child is the mom, based on her relationship with the other mom, and if this assumption is based on the law that allowed husbands whose wives used sperm donors to be named as fathers on the child's birth certificate, how long can the argument against SSM in New Jersey hold?
